If any of the above information is false, I hereby agree that my entire deposit may be forfeited to you. I also agree that if I am accepted and fail to complete this transaction by signing you lease and paying the appropriate funds, my entire deposit will be forfeited to you. I understand that this application is subject to your approval, and if my application is not accepted, my deposit will be returned in full. I agree to sign your lease agreement currently in use. If, for any reason, you are unable to make the apartment, which is subject of this application, available at the beginning of the lease term, I hereby waive any and all rights actual, puitive or consequential damages. IT IS OUR POLICY NOT TO DISCRIMINATE RENTAL ON THE BASIS OF RACE, CREED, COLOR, NATIONAL ORIGIN, RELIGION, AGE OR SEX. I / We give permission to Town Management to check all credit, criminal record search, employment, income, and rental information (previous & present) history. I understand that I may cancel this application by written notice within 72 hours from the date signed on the application, and receive a refund of the deposit within 30 days. If I cancel AFTER 72 hours from the date signed on the application or refuse to occupy the premises on the agreed move in date, the deposit will be forfeited.
