About Town Management

Town Management has been in the real estate business since 1962. Past management projects include condominium conversion - one such example is 2909 N. Sheridan Road, in Chicago, a building that we still manage - and hotel management, such as the Allerton Hotel in Chicago and the Chase Park Plaza Hotel in St. Louis.

Currently our concentration is on the numerous apartment communities that we manage.

At Town Management, we take pride in maintaining and improving our properties, and in respecting the people who live in our apartment communities.
